IMATS January 2013

Finally after years of wanting to go to IMATS... my sweet husband prepare the trip for this!

We all got a "bracelet" and an IMATS bag.

Some cool special effect makeup... there are tons more... but I was too busy shopping. IMATS was packed. It was a sold out trade show! Almost every booth that I stopped by there were like 1 1/2 to 2 hours line. RIDICULOUS!

I stopped by sugarpill cosmetics... finally after so much hyped on youtube.. their eyeshadows and pigments are amazing.. I bought 6 pigments and 2 of their eyeshadow palettes... 

Some Sigma goodies.. I bought 3 brush sets for my sister, my co-worker and myself.

I also bought some lashes and brushes! OMG they are so cheap! I kind of regret not buying more stuffs. I put my order at OCC but the line is so looong! that I did not end up picking the items up. I wish I stopped by Inglot, MAC, and MakeUpForever!! and Neimes booth (includes Bobbi Brown, Too Faced, etc --- they are all 40% off!!!!) but I thought I have so much makeup already and I have tried those makeups and they are readily available... the thought of standing in line for 2 hours on each booth... I rather spend a little more money and buy at department store or online.

I honestly do not know how I feel about IMATS - I dont know if I will ever come back. May be if I have accompany.. The entrance fee is $40 and you have to stand in line for 2 hours (by myself!)

Hello girls... Ever since my hubby bought samsung galaxy s3 for my birthday, I have constantly been on instagram! I have actually been on instagram for awhile, when I was planning my wedding, so you might see some random wedding-related photos from the past! Highlights of 2012

I got a new car. Thank you for my beloved husband who always give me 'almost' everything I wanted.

I became an aunty. My baby niece is born and she is so adorable. I love her so much!

I started my makeup artist business :) see my portfolio!

I opened an etsy store. This is like my baby to me.. Sephene Jewelry on Etsy

I am so grateful for everything that Jesus has done in my life, my family that has molded me to be who I am today, and of course my husband who always support me in everything. 

New Year Resolutions 2013

1.  I have made some resolutions for 2012, but I never reach my goal :( so my first new year resolution is to be more discipline and to have a stronger principle.
2. To improve my communication skills and making my own decisions. 
3. Spend at least 1 day per week to develop my business(es).  
4. Do not waste money by eating out, starbucks, and excessive shopping. Instead save at least 40% every paychecks. 
5. Be healthy. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Exercise at least 2 times a week. Hopefully loose 40 lbs.
